Structured For All Levels

Whether its your first time or your 100th time, we offer training sessions designed to fit your needs.

Group Classes

Our group classes are instructor led and designed for all levels. During class times we will focus on developing proper foot work, boxing technique, building strength through various exercises and improving conditioning. Please see our online schedule for updated class times.

Open Gym 

Open gym hours are referred to as the hours outside of class times and during business hours. During this time members can use the gym to get a workout in and non-members can visit with the purchase of a day pass.

Youth Boxing

Our youth classes are designed to be challenging, instructive and fun. We create a disciplined environment for learning real skills. Please see our online schedule for updated class times. Enrollment starts at the age of 6.

One-On-One Training

Great for those who prefer personal training. Our certified coaches are available  to provide one-on-one training.
