Classes

Structured For All Levels

We offer group training sessions daily for all levels. Whether, its your first time lacing up the gloves or your one hundredth time, we have a class designed to fit your needs.

Group Classes

Our group classes are instructor led and designed for all levels. During class times we will focus on developing proper foot work, boxing technique, and building strength and conditioning. Set for ages 12 and up. Please see our online schedule for updated class times.

Open Gym 

Open gym hours are outside of class times and during open hours. During this time members can use the gym to get a workout in using all that it has to offer.

Youth Boxing

Enrollment starts at the age of 6. Our youth classes are designed to be challenging, instructive and fun. We create a disciplined environment for learning real skills. Please see our online schedule for updated class times.

One-On-One Training

Great for those who prefer personal attention. Our certified coaches are available to provide one-on-one training.
