Adult/Teen Group Classes
During group classes we prioritize developing proper foot work, learning boxing technique, and increasing strength and endurance. Ages 13 and up.

Youth Group Classes
Our youth boxing classes are designed to be challenging, instructive and fun. We create a disciplined environment for learning real skills. Youth group classes are for ages 6 to 12.

The hard work has been put in and you've mastered the basics of boxing. This is the part of class where you put your skills to the test. Sparring is reserved for members only.
