What should I bring to training?

Wear comfortable athletic clothing, shoes and bring plenty of water.

What type of equipment do I need?

We recommend using 150 inch hand wraps and 8oz-10oz boxing gloves for kids 7-12. For ages 12 and up we recommend using 180 or 200 inch hand wraps and 12oz or 14oz boxing gloves for training. 16oz gloves are the standard size for sparring.

How long are group classes?

Group classes are 60 minutes long.

Do you provide equipment?

In order to help reduce the spread of bacteria we do not loan out equipment. However, our in gym shop is fully stocked with hand wraps, boxing gloves and any other equipment needed for training. 

Do you participate in competitions?

Yes. Our gym is a USA Boxing certified club and we participate regularly at USA Boxing approved events. 

Membership Cancellation Policy?

Memberships can be canceled with a 30-day written notice made before the next billing cycle. Canceling after the 30-day notice window will result in your final payment being paid the following month. 30-day written notice must be sent via email to fortyfiveboxing@gmail.com or done in-person through our front desk.                            

Can I Freeze my membership?

Yes, you may freeze your account for any reason. ​To begin a freeze period, please send an email to fortyfiveboxing@gmail.com detailing both the start and end date of the hold period. Both dates must be specified to activate the hold. The time minimum for a freeze is one calendar week and the maximum is 2 months. 3 business days notice is required for your request to be processed. Your monthly membership dues billing will be suspended for the duration of your freeze. Your billing will automatically resume once the predetermined freeze period has ended.

Any suspended payments will be added to your original Initial Term, extending your term for the length of the freeze (Installment members only). If a member requests cancellation while their account is frozen, the freeze will be removed, and the cancellation will be processed with the thirty-day notice beginning on the date of the cancellation request.

Refund Policy?

All gym membership fees and day pass fees associated with our gym services are non-refundable.

We may consider refunds or credits in exceptional circumstances at our discretion.

To request a refund or credit, please submit a written request to our front desk at fortyfiveboxing@gmail.com with necessary documentation.
